A little taste of Japan? I think yes.

We are fortunate in Fort Collins to have some great places to experience sushi. Of the restaurants/sushi bars in Old Town; we have the choice of either Suehiro or Jeju. Both restaurants have excellent choices of sushi, sashimi, and other dinner combinations as well. In my next couple of posts, I will go over my lists of pros and cons of each place, what dishes you should definitely try on the menu and what to expect if you've never had sushi before. I'll let you know which place is the best to go if its your first time (sushi virgin!) and what you should order. Stay Tuned!
